How much does property agent lead generation cost in Singapore?
There is no single price, because three different costs get mixed together. Here is how to separate them and judge any quote.
The three costs
1. Ad spend. The money paid to Meta or Google to show your ads. It goes to the platform, not the agency.
2. Management fee. What an agency or freelancer charges to build, run and improve the campaigns.
3. Tools and follow-up. Landing pages, WhatsApp automation, CRM or calendar software, and your own time replying.
What published prices look like
Agency pages are the only public price points we found. One Singapore agency says digital marketing for property agents typically runs S$1,500 to S$5,000 a month, and more for top producers (their guide). That is a vendor's own figure, not an independent benchmark, and it does not say how many appointments you get for it.
Cost per lead is the wrong number to stop at
A cheap lead that never answers costs more than an expensive one who books a viewing. Judge any package on cost per appointment, not cost per lead.
Questions to ask before you sign
- Is the ad spend separate from your fee, and who controls the ad account?
- Who replies to the lead, and how fast?
- Will you report appointments, not only leads?
- What is the minimum term, and how do I leave?
- What happens if the first campaigns do not work?
- Do you guarantee anything? (Be careful of anyone who guarantees sales.)
